The days are becoming longer, (if you live in my neck of the woods North America), the sun shines most days and energy levels are higher. This is the time to lay the foundation for those "out of the comfort zone" goals.

Digging in deep May-December goals. Really stretch out of your comfort zone. Lay a strategic plan to accomplish each goal or activity with specific action plan and results. Devise a time frame with absolutes.

Decide this year to be your year, accomplish and produce. Move forward with a specific course of action. Set realistic attainable goals, focus on every aspect of your life. Don't sacrifice fun and entertainment, include them in your goals. What is the absolute most fun you can have this year. Set a course of action to do that fun thing and mark it off your list, then celebrate.

Oh, yes one more thing, it requires you get off your butt to accomplish what you put down on paper. So stand take a deep breath , focus and get started.

"The critical ingredient is getting off your butt and doing
something.
